Here's The Scoop!

How far do you travel? We cover all of Snohomish and King counties and  will go beyond that on a case by case basis. Our Cart packages include up to 15 miles of travel each way within Snohomish County. Additional travel fees may apply beyond that. On peak season weekends, we only travel outside of Snohomish and King Counties for larger events or when booking 2 or more services.

Do you need Power? Yes, we do need access to a standard plug-in to operate our ice cream carts. Our Churro and Pretzel carts need a standard plug-in that is a dedicated  circuit. We like to be able to set up within 50 feet of a power source. If you can't provide power, portable power can be added to your package. 

How many guests can the ice cream cart serve? Our Ice cream cart can hold six tubs so we can comfortably serve events up to 350 guest from one cart. We have multiple ice cream carts if needed for larger events!

Can your carts go inside? Sure can! The pretzel/churro cart fits through any standard door. Our ice cream carts are a little wider than your average door so we can only bring them inside if you have double doors or an entrance at least 40” wide.  Carts must be able to roll into place. No stairs or obstacles

How much space do you need? We need to have a flat area that measures about 6’x8’ to accommodate the cart, supplies and attendant. 

Can my guests have seconds? For the ice cream cart, absolutely! Guests are welcome to come back as much as they like and can ask for extra scoops too. We never scoop and tell! 

For pretzels, and churros we bring about one item per guest. But it all works out because not all guests will  have a one, some share one, and some will want seconds. We've never run out!

What is the cost for extra hours? $100-150 an hour depending on guest count for active serving time and $75-$100 an hour for idle time.  

What is an Idle hour? An Idle hour is when we close the cart for an hour in between the hours you want us serving. Then we reopen it after the idle hour to finish your service. The idle hour can also be used for an early set up time. 

What is the Admin Fee for? Our admin fee covers essential behind-the-scenes tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of our services. It helps us maintain quality while keeping our base prices competitive. It's a small but vital contribution to your seamless and delightful experience.

What about gratuity for Staff? Gratuity is optional but greatly appreciated by our awesome Cart Crew. By default, a tip jar will be at all events unless specified otherwise. We've got you covered with suggested amounts to include along with the tip jar OR to cover a full gratuity so you can skip the tip jar. These amounts are 50% or less than what other mobile food/drink vendors typically charge, keeping your costs down while ensuring our fantastic staff is fairly rewarded for their hard work. Where do you get your treats from? We are proud to offer quality and delicious premium ice cream made right here in the greater Pacific Northwest!  Our Gourmet Pretzels are made fresh by hand on the morning our your event, by a local bakery. We serve up authentic, crispy, golden brown, Spanish style churros. from a national supplier.  We cook them to perfection on site at your event. 

Can I add additional ice cream flavors to my package? The cart serves 4 flavors so that is our current maximum of flavors. For larger events we keep extra flavors below and bring those up as needed. 

Do you have dairy or gluten free options? Many of our ice cream flavors our gluten free and we offer some dairy free flavors as well. We do not offer gluten or dairy free pretzels and churros at this time. 

Are your treats safe for people with nut allergies? Our Pretzels and Churros or free of nuts! Our ice cream has many nut free options, but is manufactured in a facility that uses nuts. We do not recommend people with severe nut allergies partake in our Ice cream. We are sorry!
