Do you need Power? Yes! Each of our interactive treat cart experiences has specific power requirements:

• Ice Cream Cart: Standard outlet within 50 feet
• Pretzel Cart: Two separate dedicated circuits within 50 feet
• Churro Cart: One dedicated circuit within 50 feet

How many guests can the ice cream cart serve? Our interactive ice cream cart experience comfortably serves up to 400 guests with six premium flavor options. For larger celebrations, we're happy to bring multiple treat carts to create those perfect "aha moments" for all your guests!✨

Can your carts go inside? Absolutely! Our interactive treat cart experiences can be set up indoors:

• Pretzel & Churro Carts: Fit through standard doorways
• Ice Cream Carts: Require a 39" wide entrance (like double doors)

For a seamless setup, we need a clear, flat path to your desired location - no stairs or obstacles. ✨

How much space do you need? To create the perfect interactive experience, we need a 6'x8' flat area to set up your treat cart, style all the details, and ensure our charming attendant can serve your guests with ease! ✨

Can my guests have seconds? Our ice cream cart experience includes unlimited treats! Guests can return for more scoops as often as they like - we never scoop and tell! ✨

For our pretzel and churro experiences, we bring plenty of fresh-made treats to ensure every guest can enjoy the perfect portion. Some share, some indulge in seconds, and it all creates those perfect "aha moments" throughout your celebration! ✨

Can we extend our treat cart experience? Absolutely! We offer flexible serving options to perfectly match your celebration timeline:

• Additional Active Service Hours: $150 per hour (actively serving your guests)
• Pause Service Option: $100 per hour (perfect for dinner hour or early setup)

During a pause, we'll close the cart temporarily and reopen at your preferred time to continue creating those perfect "aha moments"! ✨

What is the Admin Fee for? This fee covers essential operational costs and behind-the-scenes coordination for your special day, including record-keeping, staffing arrangements, and event logistics to ensure a seamless treat cart experience at your event.✨

What about gratuity for Staff? We include a 15% gratuity for all interactive treat cart experiences, which goes directly to the staff creating those perfect 'aha moments' at your celebration.✨

Where do you get your treats from? We're delighted to serve premium treats that showcase the best of the Pacific Northwest:

• Ice Cream: Fresh-scooped premium ice cream from beloved Pacific Northwest creameries - Cascade Glacier, Tillamook, and Lopez Creamery
• Pretzels: Fresh-twisted gourmet pretzels, handmade the morning of your celebration by our local artisan bakery partner
• Churros: Authentic Spanish-style churros, cooked to golden perfection right at your event

Can I add additional ice cream flavors to my package? Our classic treat cart is designed to showcase four premium flavors perfectly. For larger celebrations, we keep additional flavors on hand to refresh selections throughout your event, ensuring fresh-scooped delights for all your guests! ✨

Do you have dairy or gluten free options? We're happy to accommodate dietary preferences:

• Ice Cream: Many of our premium flavors are gluten-free, and we offer two delightful dairy-free options
• Pretzels: Gluten-free pretzels available as an add-on enhancement
• Churros: Traditional recipe only at this time
